About

Plain-language briefs on the studies that shape how we live.

We aim to share science-based research and help people enhance their quality of life. Summaries of GLP-1 trials, nutrition studies, and supplement claims — no hype, no medical advice, just what the studies actually measured.

How we read a paper

  • 01

Read the methods, not the abstract.

Headlines come from press releases. We pull the dose, the duration, the dropouts, and the conflicts of interest — and we say so plainly.

  • 02

    Effect size beats statistical significance.

A p-value tells you something probably happened. It doesn't tell you whether it matters. We translate the numbers into something you can act on.

  • 03

When the evidence is thin, we say so.

Half the supplement aisle is built on n=12 pilot studies. We won't pretend otherwise — and we'll tell you when to wait for better data.
